The St. Louis Symphony Orchestra's third free concert set for June 13 in St. Charles might be cancelled.

The city's Arts and Culture Commission approved paying $24,000 for the concert, but Councilmen David Beckering, Ron Stivison, Mike Klinghammer and Bob Kneemiller voted Tuesday against allocating funds for the event.
